Tough Times Call for Credentials That Allow You to Perform at a Higher Level - IFMA Competency Courses - NIU Summer/Fall Sessions now available ...

Thanks to the hard work of the Chapter's Education Committee and many of our CFM's who are serving as instructors, Northern Illinois University is an IFMA licensed provider of the CFM® and FMP® credential competency courses.

You can now register for the Summer/Fall courses at: www.fm.niu.edu. NIU has bundled the FMP courses and will offer these programs at the Milliken Showroom, Merchandise Mart, Chicago. The remainder of the competency courses and the CFM Exam Review program will be offered at NIU's Hoffman Estates Campus.

Legal Industry Council Membership Drive ....

In an effort to bolster their roster the Legal Industry Council is offering a trial three month membership to any IFMA member who is affiliated with a law firm but does not yet belong to the council. If you know of anyone who is in IFMA, works for a law firm but does not yet belong to the council, please recommend this trial to them. They will receive all the benefits of being a council member for free and they will then be given the opportunity to join after three months.

World Work Place, 2009 has come and gone ....

Another year’s World Work Place has come and gone and the Chicago Chapter of IFMA had another strong showing in the hot Orlando sun.
