Individuals that are successful at Branding their professional image can count on being sought after, typically are re-employed faster and rarely have to struggle to find an interested Customer (Employer). This program will give details on professional self-branding and the techniques to make it happen.

As workers age and retire their places are being taken by a more diverse group made up of multiple generations and various ethnic groups. At Herman Miller and in our work with other organizations, we have found that success in recruiting the right workers, and keeping their hearts and minds engaged, results from an integrated approach that involves: Human Resources, Technology, and Real Estate.
